For many years the birds and the bears have been living side by side on an island off the east coast of Scotland known as the Bass Rock. The bears have always lived a quiet and simple life, making their homes in the caves deep within the Rock, hidden from view and going about their business unnoticed. But now a few brave souls have packed their satchels and are venturing out to look for travel and adventure in the big wide world.

About the Bears

I hand sew the traditional mohair teddy bears using patterns drawn by my father - he made bears for nearly 30 years. They are collectors bears and can be personalised to make wonderful family heirlooms. They are unique, come in all shapes and sizes and are full of character. They are lovingly sewn by hand using the finest mohair fur, glass 'boot button' eyes and are fully jointed. As well as the collectors bears there is a range of toy bears especially for children and lots of tiny bears too.

I hope you enjoy the website. Thank you for sending in photos of the bears on their travels, it is always great to hear about their adventures in the Big Wide World.
